Bull Eugenia Victoria & Spa - Playa del Ingles (Gran Canaria)

Perfect chill getaway!

Had a wonderful 5 nights! The pool area is fab and never felt crowded. Staff were super friendly, especially the ladies at the pool bar, they really made my days brighter with their singing and jokes. Food was tasty, especially the self-cook steak on a hot stone. Only issue was sometimes it took a bit to get a sunbed.

The staff were exceptional, great and fab location to the Yumbo shopping centre. The room was decent sized and recently refurbished, had an incredibly beautiful view.

The room was very big, clean and also the bathroom was very nice, especially the wellness area (it was cool for 2 days). There is a free beach bus. also to Maspalomas. We were very satisfied and will be happy to come...  

The bull is a beautiful hotel with lovely staff who are friendly and helpful. My room was huge with a lovely balcony overlooking the large pool. The food was well presented, and there was always something tasty to eat....

Elevators are very slow - always wait very long - better not to take a room on the upper floors

Breakfast and dinner were beautiful

I spent the whole day at the beach then I wanted to rest after having dinner but unfortunately the band started playing about 8:30pm and finished at 11:45pm. It was very loud even on the 7th floor we could hear it. I think they should change the place or reduce the hours time.

the lifts get a bit busy,, especially during peak times. we loved the huge pool area, the fantastic spa with various relaxation options, and the friendly staff at the pool bar who always made our days brighter!

best of all was the spacious surroundings and the close proximity of everything .

the only complaint i would have is not enough sunbeds

the management ignore valid complaints about some staff (what a pitty)

I enjoyed my time at the Bull in Playa del Ingles. The room layout was interesting, with a comfortable large space and a nice balcony view. I really appreciated the fantastic pool area, perfect for lounging and never feeling cramped. The standout for me was the quality of the food at the snack bar, especially the burgers, delicious. The staff at the pool bar were full of energy, often singing and dancing. I faced some issues with the dining hall being chaotic during peak hours, made finding a table challenging. The buffet food also leaned towards being bland at times and lacked variety, which could be a real letdown. Despite enjoying the spa facilities, I encountered inconsistencies with room cleaning services. My sheets were never changed , disappointing. The entertainment in the evenings could use a refresh as well, as it felt tailored mainly for an older crowd.

The setting was superb for relaxation and the Spa provided a welcome and restful hour after a day of sunbathing.

There wasn't sufficient sun beds mainly because people put out towels in the early morning and then disappeared for most of the day.

Well what can I say my 2nd stay at this hotel this year! Fantastic place, went there first in April with just the other half for a week, ended up staying 2 weeks because of the volcano eruption!...  

The spa area offers an excellent subterranean escape. The pool area includes a large main pool, a children's pool, and a hidden rooftop sun terrace with a jacuzzi that adds to the enjoyment.

The food quality is a bit of a letdown, with many warm dishes lacking distinct flavors, resulting in a repetitive dining experience. The indoor and outdoor bars can be chaotic during busier hours, often leading to long wait times for drinks, while the dining hall tends to get overcrowded was nice. The lack of air conditioning can, especially in the heat of high summer.

Beautiful pools, diverse dining options, excellent spa facilities, a good getaway.

nice location..not many irish poeple staying.. no kettle or iron or air condition but ceiling fan is ok as its not a humid island. fantastic hotel.. Great facilaties for price.
